TEHRAN Ashafa, the owner of a medicine-producing plant based in Sudan, has filed a complaint against the U.S.
government for destroying the plant without any logical reason.
The plant was attacked by an American Cruise missile because of a suspicion that Sudan had a role in the bombing of the U.S.
Embassy in Kenya. According to the plant's lawyers, the plant has not been involved in producing materials used in international terrorism.
It was merely producing and packaging medicine. The United States had announced that traces of a nerve gas had been discovered near the plant.
